Revival occurs when two generations unite

The concept of revival has been around for many millennia, and the globe has experienced numerous revivals that have occurred in the past, some of which are documented and some of which are not. And there are numerous aspects that contribute to the manifestation of a revival.

Two-Generation

Jesus is the cornerstone of any revival. There is no revival without Jesus, as I'm sure we all know and have learned from countless sermons and meetings that we have been a part of, but we also need to understand that there are other factors that support the revival to absolutely set on fire, one of which is the unity of the old and new generation.

The Unity

Fathers and sons should unite. Revival is not limited to any one generation, but when the minds of old and new come together, it gains strength and the ability to do great things. Every son should listen to what his wise father says. Every son must obey his father and make his father's instructions a reality. The brains of old and new should mix so that the sound of genuine ecstasy is produced. As the scripture says in Ezra, "No one could distinguish the sound of the shouts of joy from the sound of weeping." Similarly, the unity of fathers and sons should work together so that no one can tell them apart.

The Sonship

I encourage you to study more about sonship and the significance of having a relationship with your spiritual father, as it is the key to all advancement. If you already have a spiritual father, ensure that you obey what he says and stand with him in all circumstances. Jesus himself had a very stable relationship with his father in heaven, and more importantly, he was willing to do anything for his father while he was on earth. Jesus' mission on earth was a success because he was completely aligned with his father's thoughts!

A Revival is Near!

I honestly feel that revival is close and that we will not have to wait much longer to see its manifestation. I pray that this generation will experience not one, but several revival encounters! I hope that the older and younger generations come together to make it happen even faster!
